What is MindTap?

MindTap is a new personalized program of digital products and services that engages students with interactivity while also offering students and instructors choice in content, platform, devices, and learning tools.

 

How can MindTap help the way I study?

What does MindTap include?

Students may purchase MindTap which includes ebook and course notes for every module. Students may top-up accordingly to receive a hardcopy version of the textbook.

 

How do I make payment for MindTap?

MindTap can be bought over the counter during ASAS operating hours.

Alternatively, students may pay via bank transfers or wired payments. Students should take a screenshot of the successful transaction.

The screenshot must clearly reflect the transferred amount. Please indicate your full name as per NRIC and student ID in the ‘Reference’ section for verification purposes.

Students should indicate in the message body the module of MindTap that they are purchasing.

Can I make payment in advance?

Students can make advance payment. Please note:

  • Access to the account will only be activated on the first day of class
  • Ensure you retain and present the receipt when you collect the course materials/hardcopy textbook on the first day of class as proof of purchase

 

How long does my MindTap access last?

Access to MindTap includes 1-year access, valid from the day before class commencement.

 

How early can I expect MindTap to be delivered?

Students will receive an email with the MindTap account link 7-10 working days after purchase.

 

Can I download MindTap content?

MindTap content is not downloadable due to copyright issues thus you may access them online as long as you have a working Internet connection. Alternatively, you can download the Cengage Mobile App which allows online/offline access of Cengage eBooks.
