  4. Course Content:
    Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA) Toolkit is designed for PMETS, HR professionals or management level staff of organisation to develop and enhance management practice and strategic imperative that focuses on improving the efficiency, productivity and performance of a company’s employees through Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement Requests. The overall goal is improving organisational success by planning and managing the workspaces to encourage collaboration and build organisation culture. This will also shape norms and expectations around FWAs so that our workplaces can be more inclusive and productive.

    This program aims to guide learners how to consider FWA requests in a practical manner, considering the needs of employees and businesses, including employers, and human resource professionals who agree that communication and trust between employers and employees are necessary for every FWA implementation plan to be effective and sustainable.

    • GCE ‘O’ Level
    • Demonstrate English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills at a proficiency level not lower than the ES WSQ Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4
    • Learners would have at least 1 year of working experience
    • Assumed Attitude, Skills and Knowledge
      • Positive attitude towards learning and ability to communicate with team members effectively
      • Willingness to help and serve people
    • Potential learners who do not meet the abovementioned requirements but possess the relevant job experience, and/or have the passions to serve the social service sector, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
