  3. Course Objectives: Learners will be able to integrate a range of classroom management strategies that facilitate implementation of curriculum while enabling observation and documentation of children’s learning according to their diverse needs.

    The learner will be able to achieve the following learning outcomes upon completion of training:
    LO1: Identify the fundamentals of behaviour management & basic principles of behaviour
    LO2: Count and record behaviour and identify positive functions of children’s behaviours
    LO3: Conduct functional behaviour assessment
    LO4: Adapt classroom management strategies to engage children and suit their needs.
    LO5: Manage behaviours of children with special needs
    LO6: Discuss information of children’s learning with stakeholders
