    LO2: Describe the ethics and professional responsibilities of caseworker
    LO3: Engage stakeholders in case planning
    LO4: Support groups and mechanisms
    LO5: Assess client’s needs for casework interventions
    LO6: Manage clients’ associated risk and protective factors
    LO7: Identify case planning principles, guidelines, and theories
    LO8: Develop care plans to support the client’s needs in accordance to organisational practice
    LO9: Apply conflict resolution and counselling techniques with clients
    LO10: Write social report, conduct closure of cases, and obtain resources to deliver casework interventions
    LO11: Implement evaluation methods
    LO 12: Review client’s progress and evaluate casework intervention outcomes

  8. Minimum Entry Requirements:
    1. GCE ‘N’ Level
    2. Demonstrate English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills at a proficiency level not lower than the ES WSQ Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4
    3. No prior work experience is required.
