    LO9: Apply conflict resolution and counselling techniques with clients
    LO10: Write social report, conduct closure of cases, and obtain resources to deliver casework interventions

  8. Minimum Entry Requirements:
    1. GCE ‘N’ Level
    2. Demonstrate English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills at a proficiency level not lower than the ES WSQ Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4
    3. No prior work experience is required.

    5. Potential learners who do not meet the abovementioned requirements but possess the relevant job experience, and/or have the passions to serve the social service sector, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
