    Given the strategic importance of career coaching in fostering managerial growth and organizational success, this course is designed to equip managers with essential career coaching skills. These skills will enhance their awareness and resilience as they navigate the complexities of leadership, unlock their full potential, and achieve lasting career success.

    • GCE ‘O’ Level
    • Demonstrate English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills at a proficiency level not lower than the ES WSQ Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4
    • Learners would have at least 1 year of working experience
    • Assumed Attitude, Skills and Knowledge
      • Positive attitude towards learning and ability to communicate with team members effectively
      • Willingness to help and serve people
    • Potential learners who do not meet the abovementioned requirements but possess the relevant job experience, and/or have the passions to serve the social service sector, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
