    1. Be able to develop a proposal for a work based team project
      • Identify the aims and objectives of the project
      • Propose roles and responsibilities of team members
      • Identify constraints on the project
      • Propose ways of monitoring and evaluating the project
    2. Be able to plan the work based team project
      • Plan the physical, financial and human resources needed for the project
      • Carry out a risk assessment for the project
      • Produce interim and completion timescales for the project
