Program Introduction

The programme, which is geared towards Blended & Work-Based Learning, seeks to expose students to the world of Applied Psychology, which pertains to the application of Psychology to real-world issues with the specific aim of creating a positive impact in broad areas of modern life. Developed in consultation with a clinical agency, the programme further hopes to imbue students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to be an effective Scientist-Practitioner.



Academic Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years old
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline


Language Requirements

  • GCE O Level English C6 or
  • minimum IELTS 6.0 or
  • PTEA 56 or equivalent

Structure and Duration

  • 6 Modules
  • 6 months, Part-time
  • 2 evenings per week, 6.45pm – 9.45pm
  • Full-time study is not available


Assessment Methods

You will be assessed on the basis of:

Graduation Requirements

  • Earn at least a ‘C’ Grade minimum in all attempted modules.
  • Students will be conferred Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Psychology upon completion, awarded by Arium School of Arts & Sciences.
